Open your airways to help clear sinus congestion with this restorative tea. The organic peppermint and eucalyptus leaves work in tandem with the healing properties of steam to relieve pressure and eliminate fluids.
To Use: Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. After water reaches a rapid boil, remove from heat and add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of herbs, depending on how intense you want your steam. Cover the pot and let steep for 20 minutes. Once the herbs have steeped, place the pot on a table and sit with a towel over your head and the pot of tea. Breathe in the steam. Remember to have tissues close by.
How to store your steam: Tea can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Simply warm the tea to repeat the process. After 2 days, make a new pot of tea.
